In addition to standard measures, we guarantee complete discretion: the operator is not aware of the contents of the safe and does not participate in its handling. This ensures that your privacy remains fully protected.

For safety and legal reasons, our boxes may not be used to store items whose possession or use is prohibited by law, including weapons, ammunition, explosives, chemicals, perishable items, or items obtained through criminal activity. Upon each visit to Trezor Depo Centar, identification is verified using a valid ID document.

What We Offer

Our safety deposit safes are made of special steel resistant to burglary, fire, and moisture. Each box is located inside a high-security vault, accessible only to the renter and, if applicable, an authorized representative designated by the renter. These safes can be used to store your valuables. Trezor Depo Centar provides insurance for the contents of every rented box against general (and extended) risks.

Compared to a home safe, a safety deposit box at Trezor Depo Centar offers significant benefits: home safes often provide limited protection and can be forcibly opened during a break-in. In addition, home insurance costs are typically higher compared to renting a safety deposit box with us.

1. Does the state have access to my box at Trezor Depo Centar?

No. Your safe is entirely private. Neither the state nor any authority has access to it, except in cases of a court order or suspicion of criminal activity by law enforcement.

2. What documents do I need to rent a box?

To rent a safe, we must verify your identity. Identification must be provided with an official photo ID (ID card or passport). International clients may only be identified with a valid passport.

3. Is a deposit required, and when is it returned?

Yes, a deposit of 18.000,00 RSD is required upon signing the rental contract. The deposit is returned when the box is emptied.

4. When can I access my safe?

As a Trezor Depo Centar client, you have unlimited access to your safety deposit box six days a week during business hours throughout the year, except on public holidays. The number of visits is not limited daily or monthly.

5. What happens if I am late with a payment?

In the event of late payment, you will receive a payment reminder (up to three times) via email from Trezor Depo Centar. If the renter fails to meet obligations within 60 days after the contract expires, despite written notice (e.g., returning keys or settling outstanding amounts), the company has the right to open the box at the renter’s expense in the presence of Trezor Depo Centar staff and safeguard its contents at the renter’s cost.

6. What happens if I lose the key to my safe?

If the key issued by Trezor Depo Centar is lost, please contact us. The lost key will require the lock on the rented box to be replaced. A new lock and key will be provided within 48 hours of reporting. Lock replacement cost is 18.000,00 RSD.

7. How big are the safes?

Trezor Depo Centar offers 4 different safe sizes:

8. What happens if the renter passes away?

In the event of the renter’s death, their legally recognized heirs have the right to access the safe.
